Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) includes more than just acupuncture. Similar to conventional medicine, after going to an office, we are prescribed medication. In TCM, we do the same. Herbal remedy is part of TCM and helps the body heal. Our body has the capability to heal itself but sometimes the body require extra supplements to promote and fast track the healing process. Herbs are a great addition to your healing journey.

Heal your body with a stimulating Tuina session. Techniques that may be used during a Tuina session includes: stretching, pressing, rubbing, pinching, rolling, and kneading.
It is important to note that my style of Tuina massage can be very stimulating and maybe painful. To produce the best results for healing, I aim to find the sensitive and tender acupoints along the meridian to stimulate.
Initial session: Can be completed between 30 - 45 minutes for $75.
Follow up Session: Can be completed between 20 - 30 minutes for $60
